My galaxy s5 wont let me delete my music from the phone or the computer...... Please help

i have a galaxy s5 and i change my music out every few months.... i went to change it again and it keeps telling me failed to delete ..... and i have tried everything........ it tells me on the phone that it failed to deleate and on the computer it tells me remove the write protection and try again.....but i dont know what the write protection is....... is it something in settings i changed... or has it gone crazy... PLEASE HELP

Which music player on your S5 are you using?
