My Galaxy S6 had an abnormal factory reset. How can I recovery everything?

my galaxy s6 had an abnormal factory reset.

my phone had an abnormal factory reset. It did this a few weeks ago and erased all my saved data. This time it wants my id and password...i do not recall even setting this up unless the vendor of my phone did this... i do not know my id or password. Samsung account does not give this option to recover

The phone may have been remotely wiped. It will remain permanently unusable unless and until any existing account holder to whom the device is registered opens it and removes that account.
