My GALAXY S6 handles only 2 hours screen on time

I have had a GALAXY S6 G920F for two years. It has always had a bad battery life but now it is weaker. My phone can last on battery for maximum of 2 hours screen on time, which is pretty low. I am running Nougat.
Things I have tried:

I have rooted the phone.
I am makig use of Greenify.
I am making use of Servicely.
I am making use of Pixel Battery Saver
I have uninstalled Bloatware.
I have reduced the resolution from QUAD HD to FULL HD.

Still I see no big difference. My phone lasts only 2 hours screen on time at max. Should I change my battery?
Also charging is fine. And the drain of battery happens pretty quick.
What is left for me to do?

Did you try another charger? If yes and the problem remains you have to get a new battery

Have you tried a factory reset? That made a big difference on mine.
