Had a similar problem with a Samsung Galaxy Fame after dealing with problem of it turning itself off at inconvenient times.
Small pieces of Blue Tack put at end of battery opposite connection terminals improved contact and resolved that problem.
Unfortunately the Galaxy would not charge until we removed a small amount of excess Blue Tack in the vicinity of entry point of the charging cable.
There could be a design fault here and the battery security improved to ensure good contact for both the charger and the connections between battery and the phone

I have a samsung galaxy young, Out of nowhere it won't charge a pic of blue battery with line through it, can anyone help me plz :'(

why did my sumsung rand neo 3 wont charge even after buying more than 4new chargers,and also i would want to know why did it have to be giving me wrong information some of my friends sends me the messages and even call me with their number but comes with different numbers
