My Google contacts are not appearing in my S10e contacts list

I've chosen to sync contacts and the phone indicates that they have been synced yet contacts on my pc are not in my phone.

How do I fix this?

Have you checked in settings >account >under Google contacts when last it sync?

Are the contacts on your PC actually in your Google Contacts in the cloud, or are they part of the Windows 10 People app? Go to contacts.google.com on your computer browser -- are the contacts there? If not, then a simple Google sync won't get locally saved Windows contacts into your phone.

(FYI, I moved this from the S10 forum to the S10e forum, because I like organization.)

Contact situation has been fixed - I can't say exactly what I did but they eventually synced.
