My Google Pixel XL keeps talking to me

I've had my Google pixel XL phone since it came out & recently it will randomly say "wifi connection isn't stable" and other random things but when I look at my phone my Google assistant isn't up. And I never said "ok Google" it happens randomly and freaks me out. Can anyone help me figure out why it's doing this and how to turn it off?

Have you checked your Accessibility Settings to see if anything might be active there (like TalkBack services)?

Yes I've checked talkback and that is already turned off. Out of the years I've had this phone it's random that it starts doing it now
