My google playstore is not working and the reebot system wont turn on

I have recently rooted my phone. Asus Zenfone 2 551ML (64GB). I also downloaded the app called freedom from the internet. This app made my playstore crash. I decided to uninstall playstore and install it again off a website. That did not help. Kept crashing. I deleted a file called "etc". After that my playstore turns on but crashes when i try to download something.
I wanted to do a flash rom on the phone but instructions on youtube are not clear and my recovery boot is not working it says "error" when i turn it on . Pls i need help no game works on my phone and i can barely download any apps. I use different markets such as get apk or amazon

I would suggest that you backup all data and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem.
