My groups in Facebook will not completely load

I've done everything to my phone that Google suggest I do I even did a factory reset.. I've checked settings on I've cleared the cache. Someone said to do something to the browser, but I didn't junderstand what to do. I haven't had a problem with this until a few days ago. Help !!
