My icons in the main page turned black.

I also have a black glitch everytime I swipe. Is this a virus? It will go away everytime I restart then comes back. My phone is Note 4, N910C android version 4.4.4. Can it be because of having an old android? What can I do? Please help!

I am curious to why you have not updated you phone to the most current version yet? It could be the ageing OS you have on there and a factory reset after a fresh update might fix the issue.
