My IMO app is saying I need to enter a valid phone number

I opened my IMO app today to call a friend, and it opened to the page to verify my phone. I've had IMO for almost 2 years, never had this happen. When I enter my phone number, it says I need to enter a valid phone number. Its the same number I've had since I got the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now, sent an email to IMO support (have not gotten an answer) and it still will not take my number. Can you help?
