My internal storage keeps telling its almost full but I can't remove any more!

I have very basic apps on my phone, no real bells & whistles, yet my internal storage appears to be lessening to almost nothing. I'm no techie and I'm alarmed. What do I check or remove??

Which phone are you using? It may simply be an indication that you need to upgrade to a phone with additional storage (or add a Micro SD card to offload media files - music, photos and video - from internal storage).

Regardless, you might be able to clear up a little space by clearing app cache. On my Galaxy S9, it's in Settings->Device maintenance->Storage->Clean now. It's probably in a different location on your phone, unless it's a Samsung and running Android 8.0 Oreo or above.
