My Keypad is not popping out in order for me to enter my password

[Android Central Question]

My samsung galaxy j5 is working perfectly, but when I try to type in my password to unlock my phone, the keyboard does not pop up. Screen is responsive and asks me to enter my password but won't open the keyboard. I'm able to receive WatsApp messages, SMSes but I can't access them. I'm able to receive Calls but cannot make them due to locked screen

Try remotely unlock here if your sign into your Samsung account, otherwise you'll have do do factory reset in recovery.
