my lg g3 flashed to a blue screen then powered off. now i cant get it to come back on

i have checked the battery it has a full charge. 12/26 ok now I am being told it is a " boot loop issue " . what I need to know is this fixable ? just replacing the cell is not a option for me at the moment. cheers in advance for any insight given.

Take the battery out, if you have a spare one, use it and test it. If it is not working then it is something more serious than the battery.
