my LG optimus fuel is frozen in reboot mode .

my LG optimus fuel is frozen in reboot mode ...i turn it on and all the rainbow led lights blink on ..it reboots over and over ...it wont even shut off ..i have to take the battery out to shut it off ..please help me ..i do wifi on this device only at my private home ..its not even a year old ..barely any exterior damage such as scratches and ect...please help me fix this ..i love this phone ..thank you ..merry Christmas and happy new year

You need to perform a Hard Reset, and also consult the customer support too.

i did contact Lg support and my carrier support .... i got the run around ... it wasnt them ... i looked it up and found that if you put a internal password in it ... it locks you and them out ... its now a paper weight
I stopped buying Lg phones
