My LG optimus L90 touchscreen stopped working, how can I fix it?

My LG optimus L90 touchscreen stopped working

I turned it off when the battery was really low to preserve it. Got home and charged it. My screen stopped working after that. The percentage of the battery also went up and down too. I cannot unlock it, answer calls, etc. PLEASE HELP! Ive tried taking the battery out resetting it... Not Working!

Welcome to Android Central! Let it charge on a wall outlet for at least 6 hours undisturbed, then power on again. If that doesn't help, see if it works in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14196. If it doesn't work in Safe Mode, then the screen may be faulty, which would require a trip to the repair shop.
