My LG Zero is dead...kinda

So 2 days ago the LG zero got dropped in the toilet and died. Then my brother took it apart and cleaned everything and it got back to life! But it's not over yet! Then it died again. I plugged it on the wall charger and a charging screen appeared saying 0%. Left it for a while but doesn't seem to wake up. The screen doesn't turn on,however i can feel the vibration when i hold the power button.In addition when i plug it on my computer,i can transfer files.Is there any easy fix or it's a hardware issue?

Its "possible" that you're battery was damaged, and if you can replace it, it might be ok. I doubt that though, as I would think, based on what you're saying, that there's more damage done, to perhaps the digitizer/lcd or other power component.

If you can replace the battery, try that first.
