My Lock Screen shortcuts keep disappearing!

They keep turning off after awhile or whenever I restart. I use them a lot and it's really annoying. Any ideas on how to stop this?

You using any lock screen apps? Also you use Samsung Good Lock app?

no lock screen apps, good pick yes. I turned off any battery savings and they are still up.

Try looking in device administrator apps see if anything besides find my phone , otherwise turn off good lock modules see if it's ok
