Well my mobile(galaxy note 3) can't connect to the network. Just whatsapp work. The browser doesn't work as well as the Facebook Facebook messenger. Please help me in this regard. Thanks.

What's the exact model number of your phone, and which carrier are you using? Have you checked your APN settings to make sure they're correct for your carrier?
