My mobile get stuck or frozen or LCD touch screen not responding with our finger touch

Lenovo A369i
(Norton Anti-Virus is already installed in my mobile when i buy, but i install Master Cleaner before 8 months)
In between I was updating the applications, no problem at all

One day I open the Norton Anti-Virus application & started scanning
my finger touch over there again wrongly then I try to stop scanning then it get stuck (touch screen not responding)
I don't know what to do? It happen one night 10.00pm until 7.00am the display is ON, then it get OFF
then i charge the mobile it indicate's that the Battery is 0%, it just charging from the beginning,
after full charge, i Power on the Mobile there are so many message appears continuously like eg: below

Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped. after clicking ok
again the same appears

Unfortunately, Lenovo Launcher has stopped.
Unfortunately, Google Maps has stopped.
Unfortunately, Viber has stopped.

continuously messages appears

My Mobile is Lenovo A369i

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. I would start with uninstalling the extra antivirus app--it might be conflicting with the preinstalled Norton app.

If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
