My Samsung Note 5 touch screen is not responding by finger but responds by S Pen, how can I fix it?

I'd like to confirm that by simply holding the power button and volume down button at the same time for 10 - 20 seconds then selecting power down. After turning it on, the touch screen works.

A normal restart of the phone doesn't have this effect so I believe this power down method may do something different.

We'll see how long it will last for again. I'll post what Samsung said to do below. Not the clearest instructions in my eyes as they don't say which option to choose specifically.

Thanks, Its Work in my case....
