My mobile is mi note 4 some timewhen i update phone it starts lagging

Mi note 4 was updated then it starts lagging the application can anyone give explanation

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition: https://www.pntbrother.com/xiaomi-redmi-note-4-factory-reset-wipe-cache/. Make sure you select Wipe Cache, not Wipe Data. It won't erase any personal data.
