Please try to open App Settings and Clear Cache of your Stock Camera App and if no go , try clearing data of the app . Then try rebooting . And then it will be OK

Welcome to Android Central! If that doesn't work, then see if it opens in Safe Mode: How to turn on safe mode on Oppo F1. (I'm guessing the steps for the F1 will work for your phone.)
