My Moto E 1st gen is having high battery loss

[AC Question]

I have a Moto E 1st gen and its having a high battery loss. I have bought it 2.5 year agne of the main problem is that once it reaches a range between 20 -35% battery suddenly on using at that point it will suddenly show 1% and shutdown immediately. This have been going on for a few days now. I reset the phone but there was no change. can anyone help me with this.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree, the battery is probably starting to fail. It may not be worth the cost to get the battery replaced, compared to the cost of getting a new phone.
