My moto E not ringing

[AC Question]

When incoming call comes my moto E is not ringing. this problem has just poped up. Please solve it i am unable to notice the incoming calls

Try a soft reset...Power Off, wait a few seconds, Restart the phone.

My phone won't ring in but goes to voicemail.but I can make calls
