My Moto G is suddenly dead, how can I revive it?

Moto G suddenly dead

So I was charging my Moto G that I've had for about six months and I took it off charge. Suddenly it just died, went black, I put it back on charge and nothing happened so I have no clue what's going on. Any help?

You can try to force it to restart itself by holding the power button in for up to 30 seconds.

Does it vibrate at all when you try to power on? If not, and if you tried holding the Power button down for a while as suggested by baldpaul, then something major might have failed (like the battery or the motherboard). Bring it to a repair shop for diagnostics.
