oh I restarted it just now and it worked lol..hopefully doesn't become like that again..altho it went back to my pixel navbar..at least it's transparent now lol

Search the board. There's a discussion on this bug. Explains why it happens.

Switching launchers doesn't help. As centerman66 says, there is a long thread that explains and suggests a work around. Happens mostly when switching from split screen apps. Restart works but if you don't exit the split screen apps correctly you have to restart every time.
