My new Galaxy s8 on Verizon stays connected but keeps losing internet on wifi.

Verizon Galaxy S8 w/an Orbi (Netgear) RBR50 router & satellite. Wi-Fi intermittent. I connect & it works well then shows it's connected but I have no internet. Then it shows connected (no internet) symbol. Cycling Wi-Fi on phone fixes short term. Smart switch turned off. Forgot network on phone & rebooted everything in order. No help. Very frustrating.

Welcome to Android Central. Try installing a wifi monitor app and see what kind of signal you're getting. I would also try changing channels, which the monitor app will help with. There are a number of devices that use the 2.4 band, you could be getting interference.
