My new smartphone battery drains so fast!!!

Well,I bought this HTC Desire 10 pro a few weeks ago.
The battery has a capacity of 3000mah.
But it doesn't last as long as it should.
For example,if I use it non-stop after a full charge,it only lasts 5 hours.
And what I usually do with it is web-surfing and gaming(like clash royale,sim city).
Also,my bluetooth,location are usually off and screen timeout and brightness are both low and the built-in power saver is on all the time.
And one thing's for sure:My phone is original and not counterfeit...
Is this really normal or not?
Please comment below for any ideas or solutions.

Sounds normal really. You're doing games. Not a lot of phones last beyond 5 hrs on continuous gaming.

Hi.I'm the questioner.
About using the charger:I use the charger that came with my phone.
And about chanchan05 's idea:Now I see that it's not really 5 hours.Maybe 4 hours.
And I'm using a new method of charging which I read on the internet:I do not let it become low on charge.And whenever my phone is free,I charge it up(even when in %60)
Is this method ok?!
