My Nexus 7 is stuck in twrp bootloop can't boot device and can't go on custom recovery, how do I fix this?

Nexus 7 stuck in twrp bootloop cant boot device and cant go on custom recovery please help

A couple of weeks ago I unlocked boot loader and rooted device also add custom recovery (twrp)a couple of days later I relocked boot loader but kept root and today I tryed to get stock recovery back but didn't work so I tryed to unlocked boot loader again and after boot loader un locked the device tryed to reboot but now it's stuck in a bootload with twrp on the screen please help
