Sometimes it has a blinking white light

I've tried changing chargers, nothing.
I tried opening it and looking for any loose connections or batteries- nothing I could see.
I tried holding down all the buttons for over 30 seconds. I tried holding down the down button and power button. Still nothing
I tried plugging in for 10 seconds and then unplugging over and over- nothing.

What can I do to get it to charge. About 2 weeks ago, i'd leave it plugged in all night and every morning, it was only charged to 5%

Is the original charger one of the chargers you have tried. Mine acts weird if I use anything else.

Try different cables or chargers, but if it's been a couple of weeks of trying different cables etc., it might be worth considering that your battery itself is faulty?

This was one of the problems I had after upgrading to Kit Kat. After the upgrade my tablet went to crap. A factory reset and system cache clear didn't help. Battery would dump while it was sleeping or turned off. In researching the charging issue I found all kinds of similar reports with different fixes. One such fix entailed replacing the USB Card with charging port. I thought that was my problem too until it went away after upgrading to Lollipop. I did have some success using a Samsung charger. If you are not running Kit Kat and a different charger and cable doesn't help then you may need to look into having the USB port changed out.
