My Nexus slowing!

I can not for the life of me figure out what apps I installed to get my Nexus lagging and being slow all the times. Apps now mostly give me pop ups that it's not responsive and ask If I want to wait or close it down. Any suggestions?

I have around 3.5 gb of the internal storage left, im using the 16GB version. Ram last I checked was around 400mb free. I've terminated several apps I don't need and it doesn't seem to work still.

Then its time to start removing apps one by one until it fixes it self. A quad core tablet should not be slow or laggy
