My note 3 Problems : lagging and freezing

I just bought Galaxy Note 3 about A month only. But now I'm having some problem with it. it always freeze or force to restart most of time whenever I launch applications. please help me solving this Problem, thanks in advance.

If that in case It's still under warranty...just report your case where did you bought your device.
but did you root your device or not?
