My note 4 is completely in loop, what should I do??

You can try starting fresh and Odin the stock firmware, then root from there.

If your handset is all ready in USB Debugging mode then just hook it up to the nexus root toolbox and let it re flash a recovery. Like team win operating system. otherwise without it being in debugging mode you might have to go another rout like Android adb and sdk utility to force it to work. Just look up the Android studio and install it and then look up how to make it work.

had the same issue, non rootedd. contacted tech support and they had me ship it in. Everything i've read make rd make it sounds like the motherboard failed due to heat.

so samsung will not even look at my phone, they say it was rooted or it failed some binary test, even though i never installed any software other than updates that were pushed.
