My note 9 has a custom os warning

I have the SM-N9600 which comes with a Snapdragon processor. It tells me that I have a custom OS whenever I try to use a secure feature. I've tried to download a firmware from Puerto Rico but it appears there are no current firmwares available that match the level that is installed on my phone. The current firmware is from TPA (Panama) and the product code is TTT. I'm at wits end trying to get this phone to allow me to use it for work email but Company portal doesn't work because of the Custom OS message. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to settings , then about phone> status
It says official?

Yet, any apps that require security suggest my phone is running a custom OS. Knox hasn't been tripped either so I'm very confused.

Yeah that is strange, can you use Samsung pay or secure folder , even Samsung pass?
