Just picked up the one on amazon for the awesome price of 1 cent. Figured I couldn't beat that deal and I've been wanting it for a while but didn't have the upgrade available. I was gonna wait til the first 1/4 of 2014 to see what htc puts out but I dont like paying $200 + for a phone. I think I'll be happy with my purchase.

I agree!

I too went from the OG EVO to the HTC One (M7). What a Major upgrade!

Don't get me wrong, I loved my EVO, but the HTC One works so smooth, and has such great speaker and screen, that it blows the EVO out of the water.

I went from a Samsung Admire (Not even the Galaxy Admire) to the S4. Night and day difference

Yeah it was with a contract renewal but its an awesome looking device for a penny no matter how ya slice it. I've actually got the evo LTE now. Not sure why my tag line is just showing evo. I'm still very happy with the LTEvo but I think I'll enjoy the added features like zoe and boom sound to name a few. Still gonna hang onto my ltevo as a backup.

Just a ? I've seen that several people have experienced some issues with the 4.3 update. Have any of you? Should I hold off on updating mine when I get it? I've had pretty good luck with updates and never gotten any major bugs.

Personality, I have not had any problems. The 4.3 update is running smoothly on my HTC One.

I'd think it would ship with the latest OS. My dad's 4S shipped with iOS 7...

I think so too. I watch a lot of YouTube and tv shows on my phone so the awesome screen and sound should really make a difference.

I'm sure you'll be happy with the One. I have the One which was a nice upgrade from my evo LTE, from the evo og, from the hero lol.

I have always liked htc really and it hasn't been till now that I've actually considered getting something different. Just time for a chance I guess. Don't know though... I'll get the lgg2 for free at best buy or wait to see what pops in the 1st quarter.

So far the G2 is looking really nice for free

I loved my og evo and the LTE but I was strongly considering the LG g2 until I heard it had a terrible speaker which was a deal breaker for me. Boom sound was one of the main things that drew me to the ONE.
