My Phone CPU has stopped what can I do?

My phone it's slow -keep say app has stopped and restarts and getting freezing

I'd first try update your apps, maybe even update the software for the phone. You might also have alot of apps running in the background, I recommend you download advanced task killer so you can get end the apps running in background. Other things you can try is clear the cache for all your apps. Worst case scenario would be to factory reset it. Sometimes you maybe be running apps that your phone can't handle thus the freezing/crashing.
