My phone display looks like a film negative

My lg phone was in my purse. When i took it out the entire phone display now looks like a film negative. Pics, text, everything. How do i make it normal again? I looked under display settings and all i saw was neon or black/White

Try Settings, Accessibility, Invert Screen Colours.
