My phone doesn't have a hotspot option! HELP!

It's an Alcatel OneTouch. It says product model is A464BG whatever at means. And it says manufacturer name is TCL Comunitcation Ltd.
The wifi company is TracFone Wireless, Inc. And yes I do have data.
If anyone knows why it's not there, please tell me.

TracFone unfortunately doesn't allow tethering,afaik. You can call them and confirm though.

If you need tethering then I need to switch to a carrier that supports it

All samsung devices has working Hotpsot and your J7 must have working hotspot as well
