My phone(honor 6x) mobile data is nwot working for some apps nd working for someapps

[Android Central Question]

I took a new Airtel 4G sim.... After activating the sim.... I turned on mobile data..
After turning mobile data, i played a game in pubg then i opened youtube.... But is not working it is loading like that but not opening.
Then i tried to prepare a backup for my whatsapp account. It is also not done, it is asking plz connect to a cellular data or wifi!
If anyone can help me? I am very thankfull to them!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you asked Airtel about this? Make sure your APN settings are correct for Airtel.

if I turn on mobile data or use wifi my phone going hot.
