My phone is an iPhone 8, when I go to adjust My volume a red bell with a line through it shows up

[Android Central Question]

There is a red bell with a line through it when I go to adjust my volume, I read up on it and it told me to go up and down on my volume buttons on the side of my phone if that doesn’t fix it go into settings, and adjust your volume up. When I went into settings the volume was up all the way so I turned it down and then turned it back up. That did not help either, I proceeded to power off my phone, then power it back on and I still have the red bell with a line? What do I do to fix this problem??
