My phone is forwarding VM's to someone else's phone. Ideas?

When my phone is off and someone calls it the calls are forwarded to one of my co-workers. She can either answer it or it will go to her VM. When my phone is on and I don't answer it goes to my VM. I haven't changed any settings to create this. Any ideas?

Could it be some product of being rooted? I was going to call Verizon and ask, but didn't know how being rooted would affect them helping me with it and thought I'd see if any here had any ideas.
