My phone is not receiving calls

[AC Question]

My phone always has full or medium signals yet when someone calls me,50% of the time the caller is said that i cant be reached at the moment or my phone is off..i have tried turning off on my phone...i have turned airplane mode on and off....i dont know what to do...i also have tried different network sims..same issue

Welcome to the forums. What kind of phone and OS version do you have? Who is your carrier? Have you talked to your carrier's tech support?

Hey im the one the questioner just made my account...
I have s6 and my carrier is ufone my android version is marshmallow...i havent talked to my carrier's support yet..

Welcome as a new member! With an S6 and that kind of signal level I would not expect you to be dropping calls. I would def contact your carrier, maybe a new SIM or something they need to do on their side.

I just checked with another sim and the issue is still the same...i dont think that its an issue from their side
