My phone is stuck in a bootloop

I woke up and my phone overheating and when i tried to use it it would freeze and kept repeatedly shutting off and on so I let cool without the battery for a while then next thing I know my phone is stuck in a bootloop. It doesn't have root but it says "this device software can't be checked for corruption". I already tried factory reset when you hold the volume down and power together then release the power button and press it again. But no luck the factory reset does not work.

A drop that caused a crack was probably more than a small one, so it's possible the trauma might have affected some other components as well.
