my phone just started downloading a software update ??

It would be nice if there was a change log. On the other hand at least we are getting updates!

Just ran the update.... file size was about 21 mb I believe it said... Also said it for "improved stability"

Might have been the same update that was being pushed on launch day. I believe Verizon already had it installed so no OTA

I don't know about any camera problems. But Sprint had an update available right after it launched the Note 3. I got it very soon after my phone was activated. Here's the thread about it on Sprint's site: https://community.sprint.com/baw/message/653060#653060
