My phone keeps on saying screen overlay detected. I can't even send a photo on messenger because of it! Help me please! Every apps I have is like that!

You need to turn off the app that is acting as the overlay. This is a potential security problem.
Usually it is your app that dims the screen, like Lux or Twilight.
Facebook Messenger "bubbles" have been known to cause it.

I have found an error several times already which reads:

"Screen Overlay detected" to change this permission setting, you first have to turn off the screen overlay from Settings > Apps

try to download "Alert Window Checker" and " Install Button Unlocker ". I did this about a minute ago and Yes Problem Solve
