My phone keeps wanting to "Updating Engaged Features"

What is the update really? More memory eating bloat?
I don't trust any updates now since the 2 Nougat fiascos which have totally ruined my phone!

I'd do this first if you suspect viruses or hackers. Google search Malwarebytes.com down load is free and it gives you the premium version trail for 30 days afterwards it gives you basic protection free. It's safe and works. After it's downloaded open and do a full scan and be patient it will take a few minutes to complete. When it says (Your device is protected) then turn on WiFi and let it try to update. This will fix your problem. NOTE: WIFI is needed to download updates or large programs and if your not connected to WiFi this might be why it tells you it's waiting to update. Thanks; J.P.
