My phone leds (red, green, blue) blinks and black screen

I was on discord looking for something on a server and my phone just turned off display and start blinking blue. I removed my battery and put the battery back then my phone just start blink red green blue.
I need some help pls.

Can you boot in recovery to do a factory reset?

Nope its black screen when i press power button and volume up button starts blinking or if i just press power button

Have you tried leaving the phone charging for an hour or so? I'm not sure about your model but in some phones a blinking led could mean that the battery was completely depleted.

If It doesn't help leave it charging overnight, just make sure that the phone doesn't overheat.

Can you see if the battery is swollen or damaged in any way? How old is it?

The phone its from 2016 so yes its old and its a little bit damaged but i was on phone when the blue led appeared and turned off screen so i dont think its from this
