My phone no longer gets 4GLTE, only 4G. And I don't l know why?

My phone no longers gets 4GLTE, only 4G. And I dont l know why.

so about 2 months ago (yes that long, I just got tired of trying but now im back looking for help again) my phone stopped receiving 4GLTE, even tho I have a plan that has LTE speeds. I used to get LTE back when I first bought the phone, and the speed was amazing compare to my old phone's 3G.

I really dont know what happen.. it just all of the suddent stopped working.

I have a Samsung 5S. (Samsung-SM-G900A)

Hi, have you considered speaking to your service provider to see if they can offer any assistance?

Have you not updated your phone to at least Lollipop?
