My phone restart every 3 seconds

I have a Kyocera C6730 Hydro Icon Phone. Whenever I turn it on, it restarts by itself every 3 seconds. However whenever I plug in my charger, my phone stops restarting. I've tried a new battery but it did nothing. What's happening to my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Check the battery contacts to make sure they're not dirty or corroded. If they seem clean and the battery is snug when you snap it in, then it may be some other issue with the power circuitry. You'd probably have to bring it to a repair shop (or get a new phone).
