my phone says system UI has stopped

i accidentally uninstalled settings in myand im rooted... huawei phone,what should i do?

I would restore back to the factory OS and then if you still want root, always use something like Titanium BackUp to make a full backup of your phone incase you delete something, or as I used to do I would freeze something with Titanium Backup instead of removing it to be sure it was ok to do so.
